To receive online payments you must first link an online payment processor The account set under modules is used by default by all venues, but you can let each venue use its own account Multiple payment processor accounts can be linked at the same time, you can choose one of those linked accounts here You can choose to charge an Online Reservation Fee, a small fee to process the booking, think 25 or 50 cents You may have to pay VAT on the reservation costs, choose VAT percentages... to enter a VAT percentage yourself, or choose Standard or Reduced to automatically select the high or low VAT percentage of the country of residence Online Prepayment You can let your customers choose freely or require them to prepay their bookings online, if you choose Optional you let the customer choose to pay in the Salon or the entire amount online in advance If you want the customer to pay part or all of the amount in advance, choose a Fixed Amount or a Percentage of the booking amount
